Senior Project Manager

David Dunsmuir is the Senior Project Manager for the National Weatherization Corporation (NWC).  In this role he provides supply chain and operations expertise and over 25 years of experience. He has contributed to the development of the NWC organization to support energy efficiency programs including the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).  NWC specializes in the implementation of energy programs, making them efficient while enhancing stakeholder value.  Mr. Dunsmuir is a national leader in implementation.

Before joining the NWC team, Mr. Dunsmuir had an 18 year executive tenure with The Home Depot, responsible for development of the Home Services division (kitchen/carpet installs).  He supervised thousands of installations per day with over 99% consumer satisfaction, while managing 2500 vendors.  He had been involved in The Home Depot’s disaster response (hurricanes) programs and held responsibility for up to 4,000 employees and $10B+ in annual revenues.
